"Great welcome by all service staff at entrance and in restaurant. Thandazani Gasa gave us his best service and advised us on the best cocktails . A staff thats going to make a difference in this restaurant. However with the food , the prawns could be more flavored, rice needs more flavor. The fish and chips was very good. Will definitely be back to this place"

"John Dory's Florida Road is by far one of the most amazing visits I have had all weekend in Durban. Sally is an absolutely amazing hostess and incredibly accommodating. Always willing and available to help with whatever, whenever. Would definitely be my breakfast spot of choice for future visits and don't discount the lunch and supper either. Any time of the day and for whatever meal it is a great place to be. It is the only John Dory's I have visited that I would say everyone would love."

"Neat,clean, inviting, fresh food served appealing to the eye, Zimbili the waitron is really so sweet.The young gentleman host came to apologise about the tad bit of time it took but I prefer waiting for a good meal rather than rushed disappointments so I did not mind.My kids even enjoyed their chicken strips. Excuse the half eaten pics it was obviously fuller, we just remembered to take pics after we dug in,served in hot pans .They have specials that are easy on the wallet. FYI their loyalty points is digital too and fantastic!"
